Our Dhamma talks live on YouTube, an archive you can return to any time, at @MangalaDhammaTalk.

Recordings are posted to the channel as they're made ready. Subscribe there to be notified when new talks appear, it's the simplest way to keep up, and it costs nothing.

There's no mailing list to join and no login to keep. Just open the channel, press play, and listen.

Sit in on a talk

Talks are woven through temple life, and, like everything here, they're open to anyone who cares to come.

The Sunday public pūjā (a service of devotion) closes with a short Dhamma reflection in English, usually ten to fifteen minutes on a theme for daily practice. Festival days, such as Āsāḷha Pūjā (which marks the Buddha's first teaching), carry a fuller talk. You can read the shape of a Sunday morning on What to Expect.

You don't need to book, and you don't need to be Buddhist. Come as you are, sit wherever is comfortable, and stay as long as you like, or slip out quietly. Both are fine.

How to attend, and how to reach us

For talks at the temple, simply come, services and talks are drop-in. If you'd like to check the day or ask what's on, call the office or drop by on a Sunday, when it's staffed from 10am to 1pm.
