How much do you know about Buddhism? Are you a knowledgeable Buddhist? What is the essence of Buddhism, and do you know how to practise it? This course is for anyone who has asked those questions, whether you were born into a Buddhist family or have arrived at it recently.
It is a ten-lesson introduction in plain language. Classes run every Wednesday, from 19 August to 21 October 2026, 7.30pm to 9.30pm, at the temple. There is no fee; the course is offered by donation. It is taught by an experienced teacher.
