A Dhamma sharing and discussion hosted by Mangala Vihara Young Adults, for young adults aged 18 to 40 and above.

Everything is subject to change, and losing what we hold dear can be overwhelming and deeply painful. Healing from grief is a gradual journey, guided not only by time but by the wise and compassionate actions we take along the way. The session explored Buddhist teachings and practices that support coping with loss.

Speakers: Ven. Suneetha, resident monk at Mangala Vihara; Bro. Keng Wee, a lawyer by profession and former Sunday Dhamma School teacher; and Bro. Sebastian, a long-time devotee who first came to the temple as a child.
